Team Winchester recognized by Frederick County Economic Development Authority

Team VA was recognized by the Frederick County Economic Development Authority for being a contributing member for 25 years. Tommy Ledford, Julie Draugelis, Cathy Everts, Bubba Hoover, Butch Smith, Scott Smith, David Sharps and Cindy Ray accepted the plaque on behalf of the Winchester Team. Team VA was recognized for being a key business partner and environmental stewardship in waste reduction and  the Red Bud Run Watershed Project. Presenting the award is Jay Tibbs, Sally Michaels and Patrick Barker.
