Mike Ramos

Career:

Mike joined the SEC Senior Leadership Team as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer in 2013. In 2021, Mike moved into the Vice President of Manufacturing position and in 2023, became SEC’s President and CEO.  Mike brings over 25 years of management experience, with 22 years of experience in the food and beverage manufacturing environment. His specialties include cost containment, growth strategies, and performance improvement strategies, among others.

Education:

Mike earned his BBA in Accounting from Texas State University, and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2000. In 2012 Mike earned the distinction of Chartered Global Management Accountant and is a member of the AICPA.

Social/Community:

Mike is active in the local community, supporting various charities such as Make a Wish, the United Way, Autism Speaks as well as the local Fire Fighters and Police. Mike speaks to local high school students about today’s business environment and gives college and career advice.

Personal:

Mike has been married for 25 years to his wife Cheryl, and they have two sons, Jason and Jeremy. Mike enjoys running marathons and playing golf.
